FAC focuses on building up our members through the ministries listed below. Each department leader works alongside Pastor Mooney to foster an environment of growth. In this environment, it is our goal to show others God's Love, Live in Biblical truth, and Lead others to know Jesus Christ, as highlighted in our Vision.

Young adult

The young adult (Hyphen) group focuses on bridging the gap. This college and career group is focused on unmarried individuals ages 18-30. The Hyphen crew meets regularly on Tuesday nights to connect, learn, and reach God together.

Youth

Our youth group serves ages 12-18. Our focus for this generation is centered on personal relationship with God through Bible studies, prayer, and outreach in our community. The youth group meets weekly during Wednesday Christian Education. Scheduled events happen monthly on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as some Sunday afternoons.

Children

We value our children at FAC and aim to provide age-appropriate Bible lessons, crafts, and activities that will excite our members and visitors and encourage a passion for Jesus Christ. Our NEW FAC Kids Service happens every Sunday during the main Worship Service, and childcare is provided at each weekly service.

Nursery

Our nursery team provides engaging childcare in a safe and stimulating environment during Sunday and Wednesday services. Children ages 0-4 are invited to play, craft, and interact with others their age.

Ladies ministry

Our ladies ministry is led by our lovely Pastor's wife, Danelle Mooney. This ministry focuses on supporting the women in our church through meaningful outings, devotionals, and uplifting communication.  Overall, we strive to inspire our ladies to grow in Christ, as well as in our relationships to one another.

Men's ministry

Pushing forward to be better is the goal of the FAC mens group. Each man has been challenged to seek ways to elevate their relationship with God to new heights. The mens group often meets for breakfast and devotion discussion to connect and recharge.

First impressions

Our first impressions team is in charge of helping each person feel welcome at FAC Tyler. Members and visitors are always greeted with a warm welcome at our front doors. The first impression team will assist visitors with getting connected, finding a seat, and helping them feel at home.

Divorce care

A new cornerstone of our ministry efforts is reaching out to those experiencing separation or divorce. These sessions are led by a couple that God has brought through separate divorces. Participants of this class will receive love, care, and understanding through a Biblical lens.

Music

Our music team aims to lead and support worship at the beginning and end of each service. We choose a variety of older and newer songs that glorify Jesus Christ as we lift Him up and prepare our hearts to receive His word.

Media

Social media and service video posting allow the messages and vision that FAC hold dear to be shared at anytime across the globe. Media also encompasses the audio and visual aspects of each service, which help all feel welcome and connected.

Housekeeping

We have a fabulous housekeeping team that ensures the highest standard for FAC of Tyler. Though they are "behind the scenes", their devotion makes an impact on each person that comes into our church.
